What you will do
- Process and manage orders from the e-commerce platform accurately to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Perform administrative tasks including spreadsheet management and data entry.
- Collaborate with the team in Australia to ensure smooth workflows and information sharing.
- Meet or exceed established KPIs while maintaining high-quality service and empathy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce support.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) in NSW Time.
Nice to have
- Experience with phone-based support and live chat environments.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
