Salary: €1,917 – €2,817 gross per month

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for complex, high-priority partner support cases, incidents, and alerts.
• Coordinate between external partners and internal teams, including Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales.
• Develop and improve operational processes to balance compliance, regulations, and partner satisfaction.
• Maintain and update the support knowledge base to assist agents and ensure quality.
• Analyze partner contact trends to drive efficiency and implement automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new services and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or complaint handling.
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data points to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
