TL;DR
Customer Service Admin (E-commerce): Providing comprehensive support for Canadian supplement customers via phone, email, and live chat with an accent on order management and dispute resolution. Location: Fully remote, but must be based in Colombia or Mexico. Working hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST

What you will do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat for Canadian B2C customers.
- Manage order inquiries, shipping updates, and returns using Shopify.
- Resolve customer complaints and conduct quality investigations related to fulfillment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Support affiliate and social media customer queries after the first six months in the role.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or call centers.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to commit to PST business hours (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM) regardless of your local time zone.
- Proven ability to work independently and reliably in a fully remote environment.
- High level of empathy and patience when handling sensitive or complex situations.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in B2C customer service within e-commerce or health and wellness.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce order management platforms.
- Knowledge of health supplements.
- Experience with CRM tools or customer support ticketing systems.
