What you will do

• Spearhead the execution of Commercialization Change Orders (CCO) using Oracle EBS Alice and PLM systems to ensure timely completion.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) loads, item creation, and perform cost rollups for manufactured goods.
• Analyze CCO metrics and maintain executive dashboards to report KPIs and performance to top management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to streamline processes and reduce cycle times.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for system integration failures between PD Cloud and EBS Alice.
• Mentor junior team members and lead training on ERP best practices and BOM management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic knowledge of BOM Management and Item Creation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle Product Development module and Oracle E-business Suite.
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
