TL;DR

Senior Manager, GTM Analytics (SaaS): Managing and optimizing GTM analytics, revenue pipeline, and sales compensation plans with an accent on data-driven storytelling for executives and financial accuracy. Focus on building forecasting models, managing analyst teams, and aligning GTM goals with compensation and budget reporting.

Location: Remote (US Only). Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, including hiring and performance management.
  • Translate pipeline and revenue data into actionable insights and stories for executive leadership.
  • Manage Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including compensation planning, administration, and monthly payment processing.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for sales, marketing, and customer success leadership.
  • Analyze revenue pipelines to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to guide GTM decisions.
  • Perform monthly commissions accruals and forecast expected costs versus budget for the finance team.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a revenue, sales, or GTM analyst.
  • Must be based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • Proven experience in people management and leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Looker, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of sales compensation design, administration, and processing.
  • Excellent communication skills for high-visibility engagement with executive leaders.
