What you will do

• Advise clients on agency solutions and best practices to meet their brand requirements.
• Lead projects throughout all stages, managing timelines and controlling budgets.
• Collaborate with Creative, Editorial, and Production teams to deliver high-quality work from ideation to completion.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Coach and train Account Executives to improve team performance.
• Ensure high standards of delivery from both internal teams and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 4+ years of solid experience in advertising account management, preferably in ATL or content creation.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in written and oral English.
• Must be based in Shanghai and eligible to work in China.
• Strong familiarity with fashion, beauty, sportswear, and youth culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
