What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap in close collaboration with the CPO.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 Product Managers across Europe and the US.
• Oversee development of AI Agents for data discovery and governance.
• Manage relationships with industry analysts like Gartner and Forrester.
• Partner with SVP of Product Engineering on AI-driven workflows and cloud-native architecture.
• Engage Chief Data Officers to modernize data stacks with AI-driven platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, at least 4 years in leadership managing PMs.
• Deep hands-on experience in Modern Data Stack (Data Catalog, Governance, Data Mesh, Data Quality).
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and AI agents for metadata and interaction.
• Experience navigating startup agility and corporate complexity.
• Proven track record decomposing CPO vision into engineering milestones.
• Global mindset for managing distributed teams across US West Coast to Central Europe time zones.
• Exceptional English proficiency for C-suite communication.
