Product Manager (AI Governance)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Brussels, Belgium (minimum two days per week in office)

What you will do

• Research customer needs and market signals to develop pitches for governing agentic AI systems.
• Translate AI governance nuances, such as the EU AI Act and AIUC-1, into product thinking for engineering and design teams.
• Prototype and validate ideas through hands-on testing and customer sessions.
• Own product outcomes end-to-end, from the initial spark of an idea to delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure product value is realized.

Requirements

• Experience co-creating products in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience exploring or building with AI tools.
• Familiarity with compliance, risk, security, or data governance.
• Ability to make meaningful progress in ambiguous environments where problems are still being defined.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
