What you will do

• Research and propose AI agent workflows, defining tool ecosystems, orchestration patterns, and state management.
• Define boundaries for agent behavior, capabilities, and permissions.
• Translate ambiguous agent capabilities into clear product requirements and phased rollouts.
• Collaborate with data platform team on AI-driven analytics and reporting tools.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and risk mitigation.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, align teams on goals and metrics, manage backlog, and mentor PMs.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, ideally with AI or complex SaaS products
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with creating AI
• Strong strategic thinking, execution, analytical, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, data management, security, and governance
• Experience in regulated industry and/or Financial Services
• Scrum Certification (Preferred)
