Focus on sourcing influencers, briefing creatives, tracking trends and compiling performance reports.

What you will do

• Source and vet influencers, write briefs, manage product send-outs and track coverage for global PR campaigns.
• Assist in briefing creative for social, digital campaigns and product launches.
• Research beauty trends, build mood boards and support content/creator ideation for retail launches.
• Track competitor activity, industry news and compile performance reports on marketing activities.
• Support e-commerce with asset briefing, content management and optimisation across retailers.
• Manage beauty creator program including sourcing, onboarding and content delivery.
• Coordinate logistics, 3PLs, product send-outs and stock across global markets.

Requirements

• Beauty-obsessed with strong cultural awareness across social platforms.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn global beauty brand marketing.
• Strong eye for creators and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Available for 3-day per week, 3-month internship starting 10 June.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia for on-site work
