What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end contract renewal process to ensure high customer retention and net renewal rates.
  • Identify and drive expansion and upsell opportunities through strategic alignment with customer goals.
  • Analyze and present usage data and trends to customers to demonstrate platform value.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to navigate budgets, timelines, and signatory processes.
  • Develop innovative proposals and negotiate contracts to meet quota goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on account planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a closing role or 4+ years of relevant experience in Renewals or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
  • Ability to think strategically about customer goals and drive them through to contract signature.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts to customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
