What you will do

  • Own retention, renewals, and revenue growth across a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and contract renewals.
  • Conduct strategic account planning and business reviews tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, account executive, or renewals roles with direct revenue ownership.
  • Must be based in the US (Eastern Time Zone for remote or New York Metro for hybrid).
  • Proven track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue.
  • Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for executive-level discussions.
