TL;DR

Strategic Success Manager (SaaS): Managing strategic customer accounts to drive long-term business goals, renewals, and expansion with an accent on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and C-level relationship management. Focus on executing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), negotiating contracts, and aligning product capabilities with customer objectives.

Location: Must be based in the US. Remote-first, with occasional travel (up to 50%) and mandatory "Together Weeks" in Chicago.

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 plus commission

What you will do

  • Manage the full renewal cycle and drive high Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities within the customer portfolio.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align customer goals with product offerings.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide strategic feedback to internal product and leadership teams to drive enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
  • Experience supporting complex, technical products.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills regarding contracts and renewals.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer locations and company retreats.
