What you will do

• Lead client onboarding, including project kick-off, training, configuration, and data migration.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they remain on schedule.
• Customize the hirify.global platform to align with specific venue goals and needs.
• Act as a product expert, guiding clients on applying tools to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology.
• Proven experience in managing projects and maintaining schedules.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments.
