🌳 We're Hiring: Implementation Manager
At ArboStar, we're helping tree care and landscaping companies run better businesses through technology.
We're looking for an Implementation Manager who enjoys working directly with customers, leading onboarding projects, delivering training, and helping clients successfully adopt software that impacts their daily operations.
What you'll do:
✅ Lead customer onboarding projects
✅ Configure software based on client needs
✅ Deliver product training and demos
✅ Collaborate with Product and Development teams
✅ Support data migration and client adoption
✅ Build strong long-term customer relationships
What we're looking for:
✔️ 2+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementations, Technical Support, or similar SaaS roles
✔️ Fluent English
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔️ Experience with CRM and project management tools
✔️ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
