TL;DR

Power Platform Developer (Power Platform): Designing and building enterprise business applications using Microsoft Dataverse with an accent on workflow automation and reporting. Focus on developing scalable, production-ready solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI in an enterprise environment.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC / 2 days remote). No fully remote option.

What you will do

• Design and build automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Build end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps).
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards using Dataverse and other connected data sources.
• Implement approval workflows, notifications, and data-driven processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Apps.
• Proficiency in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of connectors, triggers, actions, and flow design patterns.
• Must be eligible to work on W2 only (No C2C).
• Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform Solutions and deployments across environments.
• Familiarity with Dev/Test/Prod environment strategies.
• Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments.
• Basic understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices.
