Location: Onsite in Peoria, IL, Cary, NC, or Irving, TX. Relocation assistance is available. Sponsorship is NOT available.

What you will do

• Act as primary Rental SME for Microsoft D365 ERP implementation, including requirements definition, solution design, and testing.
• Liaise between hirify.global, external implementation partners (Accenture), and software vendors (Microsoft) to translate business needs into technical frameworks.
• Lead the design of user-centric workflows for dealer rental operations to reduce friction and improve data fidelity.
• Optimize integrations and data flows between D365 and rental management systems such as RentalMan and Integrated Rental.
• Oversee the integration of dealer-level rental data (Helios) into the enterprise ecosystem for global visibility.
• Provide senior-level day-to-day support and drive continuous improvement for rental digital tools.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in systems thinking, application design, and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and system software infrastructure.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the United States.
• Valid US work authorization required; sponsorship is not provided.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week.

Nice to have

• Deep working knowledge of rental operations and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with RentalMan, Integrated Rental, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting major ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and validating data integrity.
• Knowledge of the Helios data domain or similar enterprise data platforms.
