TL;DR
Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant (Dynamics 365 CE): Design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions with an accent on Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys alongside Microsoft Power Platform. Focus on translating business needs into configurations, automating processes with Power Apps and Power Automate, and supporting integrations with enterprise systems.
Location: United States (remote), up to 25% travel. All North American new hires onboarded in person at Tampa office (3 days).

What you will do
- Advise clients on business needs, translating them into Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions aligned with objectives.
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, handle data migration, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers; contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States as contractor.
- Strong experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service.
- Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Understanding of CRM processes, automation, data migration, integrations, system configuration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work with distributed teams and international colleagues.
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent; Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform desirable.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Agents, Power BI, Dynamics 365 Business Central, D365 on-premise to online migrations.
- Pre-sales or solutioning activities; active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain.
