What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document CRM system requirements to align the platform with business needs.
• Configure and customize CRM functionality to ensure data integrity and support business processes.
• Maintain system integrations, migrations, and API connectivity.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of the CRM.
• Develop technical enhancements using C# plugin development.
• Support and train end users to increase CRM adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and C# plugin development.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
