What you will do

• Oversee daily D365 CRM operations, ensuring security, stability, and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain custom C#/.NET plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, training, and documentation for internal users.
• Implement backup/disaster recovery strategies and monitor overall system health.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business teams to align CRM with operational needs.
• Manage support tickets and proactively resolve complex system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Expertise in Dual Write is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate, technical architecture, and business process flows.
• Must have US work authorization (no sponsorship offered).
• Proficiency in C# and .NET for custom plugin development.

Nice to have

• Experience with D365 Business Central or D365 Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
