What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day industrial maintenance for multiple fulfillment and sortation facilities.
• Manage PM/PdM programs, robotics maintenance, and automation reliability to ensure high uptime.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for operational and service delivery discussions with client leadership.
• Manage multi-site budgets, including labor, materials, spare parts, and vendor contracts.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a network of Maintenance Managers and Reliability leaders.
• Champion a culture of safety by overseeing incident management and compliance with LOTO and JSA procedures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, distribution, or facilities engineering.
• 7+ years of multi-site management experience leading MHE or robotics operations in large-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of conveyors, robotics, PLCs, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• BA/BS degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Industrial Technology preferred.
• Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems and KPI dashboard reporting.
• Ability to travel 30-40% nationally to fulfillment facilities.
