What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-site facilities strategy aligned with company growth, including capacity planning and site expansions.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, infrastructure operations, and performance KPIs across manufacturing sites.
• Manage capital projects like upgrades, renovations, and expansions, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and safety standards while supporting business continuity.
• Handle facilities budgets, cost optimization, energy management, and vendor relations.
• Lead and develop facilities teams, promoting safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, or industrial operations, including multi-site management.
• Experience with capital projects, maintenance programs, building systems, utilities, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
• Willingness to travel to support site operations.
