What you will do

• Lead and oversee mechanical repairs during unit outages and manage day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and Planner to prioritize and delegate the multi-week workload.
• Develop and manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program, including creating, scheduling, and modifying PM tasks.
• Oversee the inspection and repair of critical plant equipment such as pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.
• Provide daily direction, technical assistance, and training to maintenance department personnel.
• Maintain accurate computer records of labor and parts used for specific work orders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fairless Hills, PA, USA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a highly industrial continuous process environment.
• High School Diploma or GED (technical degree preferred).
• Valid and current Driver’s License.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator.
