Compensation Range: $200,000 - $260,000

What you will do

• Lead and scale the core operations organization, managing a multi-layered team of managers and leads supported by a global workforce.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to onboard new customers and drive long-term partnerships.
• Own customer operations to ensure high-quality service, retention, and expansion.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation and improved workflows.
• Build scalable systems, metrics, and processes to enable efficient growth.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in operations, with 3–4 years in senior leadership managing managers.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth startup or tech-enabled services company.
• Experience managing teams at a meaningful scale (100+ people).
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and commercial instincts regarding revenue and retention.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplaces or tech-enabled services businesses.
• Experience implementing automation or AI in operational workflows.
• Exposure to construction, permitting, or real estate development.
