What you will do

• Drive innovation, product strategy, roadmaps, feature prioritization, and requirements for digital patient sample collection experience.
• Collaborate with SMEs to plan operational changes from new platform and feature launches.
• Partner with UX designers, engineers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences meeting business and user needs.
• Drive projects from inception through delivery and post-launch support.
• Provide PRDs, user stories, user flows, prioritize backlogs, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and define technical solutions.
• Define and track KPIs, analyze data to uncover product opportunities and drive decisions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in consumer digital product management; healthcare, healthtech or biotech experience a plus
• Proven ability to work and influence cross-functional teams, build rapport with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive product decisions.
• Flexible, agile mindset; motivated to tackle challenges strategically and hands-on.
• Experience in agile development environment; scrum a plus.
