What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for the global occupational health and healthcare market, advising internal stakeholders on best practices and workflows.
• Perform competitive intelligence to identify differentiators and arm sales teams with actionable insights to win deals.
• Translate user pain points and industry standards into actionable guidance for product and engineering teams.
• Support the sales cycle by creating RFP responses, proposals, and coaching staff on customer use cases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define the product vision and prioritize the development roadmap.
• Provide expertise for M&A evaluations and the integration of third-party software partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in a health discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical practice and/or operational health management roles.
• Deep understanding of health programs across different settings (internal, third-party, and practice management).
• Strong experience using and navigating health software systems at an administrator or power user level.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through storytelling and clear communication.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Professional designation or certification in a health discipline.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or German.
• Experience with health practices and systems across multiple geographies.
