What you will do

• Oversee and enforce strict adherence to Installation Quality procedures, including Start-Up Audits and Non-Conformity management.
• Monitor regional site performance and report KPIs, monthly summaries, and incidents to stakeholders.
• Drive internal improvement projects and collaborate with engineering and sourcing teams to resolve deviations.
• Provide on-site training and guidance for new Quality Leads on the application of quality processes.
• Collaborate with the IQA back-office to create and update internal procedures and documentation for global execution.

Requirements

• Education in Engineering or a similar field.
• Previous experience in the Wind Industry and Quality management.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Availability for long stays abroad.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work independently in a team.
