What you will do
- Define and implement the global Occupational Health & Safety strategy aligned with corporate policy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all international sites.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Oversee incident and accident investigations, ensuring proper reporting and corrective measures.
- Act as the primary point of contact with labor and environmental authorities.
- Promote a strong prevention culture and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Master’s degree related to Occupational Risk Prevention (Environmental, Health, and Safety) covering at least three specializations.
- Proven experience in global EHS management and strategy.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Tres Cantos, Madrid.
