Location: Hybrid, based in Seville, Spain
Salary: €23,175 – €30,000 annually

What you will do
- Ensure full compliance with Spanish HSE regulations and environmental legal requirements.
- Implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) at the local level.
- Investigate accidents and incidents using root cause analysis and monitor mandatory training.
- Integrate HSE into HR processes, including onboarding, employee engagement, and well-being.
- Coordinate with Global HSEQ and international teams in Australia and the Netherlands.
- Manage Contractor Coordination (CAE) and supervise External Prevention Services (SPA).
Requirements
- Certified HSE Technician with all three specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Psychosociology.
- Degree in Law, Psychology, Labor Relations-HR, or Labor Sciences.
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment.
- Experience in ISO-certified companies.
- Must be based in Seville, Spain to support the hybrid work model.
- Professional English proficiency for regular interaction with global regions.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Additional training in internal auditing, Labor Relations, or Compliance.
- Experience working within a multinational corporate environment.
