What you will do

• Ensure legal compliance and employee safety and health across assigned sites.
• Implement and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management System Certifications.
• Manage HSE reporting, incident classification, investigation, and corrective actions in the corporate database.
• Conduct safety training, site inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Drive and manage internal and external HSE audits, including contractor compliance audits.
• Develop site-specific environmental management plans to support ESG initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Degree preferred) with 1–2 years of HSE experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HSE regulations and requirements.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.
• Proven skills in communication, conflict resolution, and change management.
