What you will do

• Execute operations to receive user service requests and consolidate them with satellite operators.
• Monitor communication service status and take corrective actions based on established procedures.
• Create and refine operational procedures in collaboration with the development team.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions as the system evolves.

Requirements

• Advanced Vocational Training in Telecommunications and Computer Systems or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience with satellite communication equipment and related systems.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in a procedure-driven environment.
• Availability to work in shifts (8x7 schedule).
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Spain.
