Salary: $135,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Design complex initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Translate user pain points into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct research with property managers, technicians, and residents to inform design decisions.
• Utilize and evolve the internal design system.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineering to ensure seamless handoffs and delivery.
• Facilitate design reviews to drive decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product design experience shipping responsive web applications.
• Experience with B2B or operational software.
• Strong foundations in interaction and visual design.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work on complex problems with clear outcomes.
• Must be eligible for full-time employment in the United States.
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative user value measurement methods.
