What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise on global regulatory compliance, specifically in HSE, Insurance, and ESG across multiple countries.
• Translate country-specific regulatory requirements into clear functional and technical system requirements for the SaaS platform.
• Manage end-to-end regulatory compliance and content projects from intake through delivery using JIRA.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Localization teams to ensure accurate and scalable implementation.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes to provide actionable platform updates and expert guidance to global clients.
• Support UAT and release readiness by validating that system behavior aligns with regulatory intent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, HSE, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in global regulatory compliance or risk management within a SaaS or technology-enabled organization.
• Strong working knowledge of international regulatory frameworks related to HSE, contractor compliance, and ESG.
• Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory guidance into technical and functional requirements.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-region projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, and Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Fluency in English plus one of the following: French, Japanese, German, Dutch, or Chinese.
• Industry certifications such as CSP, CRIS, or ESG-related certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and rule-based logic.
