What you will do

• Support the preparation of all documents and artifacts required under the agency's governance framework.
• Provide project management support aligned with the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC).
• Develop management plans, work breakdown structures, and integrated master schedules.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate oversight, collaboration, and information sharing across program areas.
• Perform process mapping, diagramming, and testing to document results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (Public Trust 5).
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for agile teams in public health or life sciences markets.
• 5+ years of experience in IT portfolio governance, program management, or project management.
• Experience with risk management practices and portfolio management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, PMI).

Nice to have

• Experience with agile methodologies and managing IT portfolios using agile frameworks.
• Experience with financial management for IT portfolios, including cost-benefit analysis and budgeting.
