What you will do

• Define strategic direction for enterprise desktop, server, storage, and data center operations.
• Supervise technical teams responsible for database administration, backup, recovery, and information security.
• Evaluate and project manage the implementation of complex technical infrastructure solutions.
• Establish capacity, performance, and availability requirements for strategic and departmental projects.
• Manage IT infrastructure budgets, including contract negotiations and forecasting.
• Drive continuous process improvement by leveraging advanced automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with demonstrated increasing responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of high availability architectures and server/storage/security technologies.
• Proven experience in project planning, leadership, and managing diverse technical staff.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Columbus, OH

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Software.
• 2-3 years of experience specifically managing an Infrastructure Team.
• Experience managing offshore teams.
