What you will do

• Hire, train, and nurture a team of Solutions Architects to foster a culture of excellence.
• Guide the team in qualifying use cases and building compelling proofs of concept for Greenfield accounts.
• Drive the activation of new customers and secure technical wins in complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Establish the team as trusted advisors throughout the customer life-cycle.
• Collaborate with partners, sales, and go-to-market teams to maximize customer and team success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the data space (data warehousing, big data, or machine learning).
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams, preferably within a pre-sales organization.
• Proven track record of activating new customers and exceeding annual quotas.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to technical executives on strategic data infrastructure.
• Must be located in the Central United States region.
