What you will do

• Lead engagement workstreams and guide junior team members to deliver analytically sound and operationally practical recommendations.
• Execute financial modeling, operational strategy development, revenue growth initiatives, and store labor planning.
• Manage and quality-check the work of Associates, Senior Associates, and Consultants to ensure timely execution.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables, including reports, operational insights, and executive presentations.
• Contribute to the evolution of RPI methodologies, templates, and service offerings.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of consulting experience with a retail focus, or 8–10+ years of combined consulting and retail industry experience.
• Expertise in retail functional areas such as direct sourcing, consumer analytics, digital commerce, or omni-channel operations.
• Proven ability to conduct and oversee complex financial and operational analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree.
• Experience with Access, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
