What you will do

• Set up and update project models based on shared architectural models.
• Draft existing site and system conditions using Revit from field survey notes.
• Create MEP system layouts, schedules, and details in collaboration with supervising engineers.
• Coordinate building systems with internal and external technicians, designers, and engineers.
• Manage models, backgrounds, and layers to maintain project organization.

Requirements

• High level of proficiency in Revit design software.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and general drafting techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with electronic project file management.
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in an A/E/C environment designing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Knowledge of MEP engineering terminology.
