What you will do

• Lead BIM execution by ensuring models and drawing sets are coordinated, constructible, and aligned with standards.
• Translate engineering markups and design intent into clear, buildable documentation.
• Manage model health, resolve modeling conflicts, and perform clash detection across disciplines.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to designers on modeling best practices and documentation habits.
• Refine BIM workflows, templates, and tools to improve firm-wide production efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to anticipate risks and maintain delivery momentum.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit and coordinated modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to manage BIM workflows across multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of cross-discipline coordination and building system interactions.
• Experience supporting technology system layouts (telecom, AV, security, or network) is preferred.
