Salary: Target OTE $125,000 - $225,000

hirify.global is an R&D company creating Gen AI-driven code reviewers to enhance human-machine collaboration in software development.

What you will do

  • Manage the full customer journey from kickoff to renewal and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders and CxO-level leadership.
  • Educate customers on product usage to maximize the value of the AI code review platform.
  • Act as a customer advocate to influence the internal product roadmap based on user needs.
  • Develop and present periodic business reviews to customer leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Technical competency to engage with software development practitioners and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and modern software development ecosystems.
  • Business fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience with code review tools and AI or open-source technologies.
  • Background working in early-stage, high-growth, VC-backed startups.
  • Knowledge of major cloud providers and cloud-native technologies.
  • Familiarity with observability, RCA, and debugging practices.
