What you will do

• Act as the primary focal point for all quality-related customer communications and quality complaints.
• Establish and deploy global customer quality standards and manage customer-specific requirements within operations.
• Facilitate Product Change Management (PCN) to ensure timely implementation according to customer requirements.
• Organize and facilitate customer audits to demonstrate QMS compliance with ISO, IATF, and VDA standards.
• Lead the development and execution of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) to enhance product quality and responsiveness.
• Support business reviews and product lifecycle management decisions while presenting performance summaries to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Semiconductor, Microelectronics, Automation, or Mechanical).
• 10+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing principles, failure analysis, or reliability experience.
• Expertise in quality management systems including ISO9000, IATF16949/VDA, or ISO13485.
• Proficiency in 8D problem solving and requirements management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
