What you will do

• Serve as the central technical resource for new and sustaining product service engineering throughout the Product Life Cycle.
• Optimize serviceability and reduce cost-of-service by incorporating reliability and service business practice improvements into product design.
• Lead 7-step troubleshooting and provide detailed action plans for Customer Service and Technical Support Engineers.
• Define training requirements for new products, co-teach initial courses, and audit service training quality.
• Optimize spare parts stocking strategies based on reliability, diagnostics, and inventory costs.
• Perform hands-on integration and serviceability validation for Alpha/Beta systems, including travel to beta sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, Master's with 3+ years, or a Doctorate.
• Strong understanding of overall system operation, integration, and calibrations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25%).
• Expertise in 7-step troubleshooting and technical data analysis from various sources.
