Salary: $126,300 - $174,700

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Act as the primary quality interface between the Artisan Innovation Center, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality.
• Drive resolution of complex emerging issues using structured problem-solving tools like Red X and DFSS.
• Ensure product and process quality by eliminating supplier and engineering issues to optimize production rates.
• Manage supplier performance and drive engineering changes through PRTS and other quality systems.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for leadership updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong capability in root cause analysis and development of long-term solutions.
• Thorough understanding of plant production processes.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and mentor peers.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work on the plant floor around operating equipment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with GSIP, ECM, PRTS, SPPS, GQTS, or Teamcenter.
• Prior people management experience.
• Red X Journeyman certification.
• Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ or equivalent).
