What you will do

  • Own and evolve multi-year product strategy across Construction, Service Management, and Professional Services.
  • Integrate AI into the product strategy to deliver tangible value to customers.
  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers aligned to customer value streams.
  • Engage with customers and partners to act as a thought leader in industry transformation.
  • Drive organic and inorganic growth through new capabilities, partnerships, and M&A.
  • Evolve the Product & Engineering operating model to support company scaling.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in construction tech, ERP, field service, or professional services platforms.
  • Track record of delivering complex SaaS products at scale.
  • Experience expanding products into new verticals or adjacent markets.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to M&A, partnerships, or product integrations.
