What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of business goals to shape product priorities and establish product vision, roadmaps, and release plans.
• Design and manage AI and automation solutions, leveraging tools such as Salesforce, custom-built, or third-party technologies.
• Lead a scrum team through backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery, resolving blockers to achieve business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and integrate input from multiple channels into product priorities.
• Analyze data to generate insights and champion product enhancements that improve user experience and adoption.
• Measure and communicate the business value of technology solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in digital product management.
• Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders.
• Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities.
• Experience managing software development initiatives within Agile frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making.
• Expertise in strategic planning as well as strong business acumen.
