What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SMB partners to drive monetization and revenue growth.
  • Educate and convert partners to adopt hirify.global’s payments solutions.
  • Optimize listing content and availability on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
  • Act as a dedicated advisor to partners, assisting them with product selection and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure a smooth partner journey and provide feedback for future releases.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell the hirify.global Platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial Account Management role delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to use and analyze data and reporting to improve commercial results.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call environment or related sales position.
  • Fluency or conversational proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
