What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SMB partners to drive monetization and revenue growth.
- Educate and convert partners to adopt ’s payments solutions.
- Optimize listing content and availability on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
- Act as a dedicated advisor to partners, assisting them with product selection and adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure a smooth partner journey and provide feedback for future releases.
- Use consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell the Platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial Account Management role delivering commercial outcomes.
- Proven ability to use and analyze data and reporting to improve commercial results.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in an outbound call environment or related sales position.
- Fluency or conversational proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
