What you will do
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle and deliver solution demonstrations.
- Partner with the internal Sales team to develop and present strategic technical proposals.
- Create high-quality pre-sales materials and technical documentation for partners.
- Plan and deliver regular technical training for distributors and resellers.
- Collaborate with integrators and software partners to ensure successful project implementation.
- Act as a trusted consultant to provide technical recommendations on best-fit solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical solution sales in CCTV or IP surveillance.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
- Solid hands-on experience with networking, network infrastructure, and VMS software.
- Proven ability to present technical concepts to different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, independent working style.
- Ability to travel for regional and international visits as needed.
