What you will do

• Provide end-user support and administration for lab equipment, servers, desktops, and software.
• Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, networks, and scientific instruments.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, backups, and user access management.
• Author and maintain CSV documentation, including URS, FS/CS, IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and Data Integrity standards.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for lab IT systems during audits and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Professional experience in IT or digital roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proven experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with Pharmaceutical QC Lab standalone COTS systems.
• End-to-end experience with CSV lifecycle documentation.
• Solid understanding of Data Integrity principles.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and inspections.
