What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner strategically with GTM and AI leaders to understand team priorities and role requirements.
• Utilize data and metrics to inform hiring decisions, optimize recruiting processes, and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborate with coordinators and sourcers to ensure a transparent and candidate-first interview experience.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices to build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Guide hiring teams on interview best practices and provide insights on the technical talent market.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical environments.
• Proven track record of hiring GTM, sales, operations, and/or AI/ML talent.
• Ability to use data and insights to influence leadership and drive decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for distilling complex information.
• Strong skills in negotiation, market positioning, and stakeholder management (Director level and above).
