What you will do

• Own day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring smooth office functionality and employee experience
• Act as frontline support for employees, leaders, vendors, and guests, handling real-time needs
• Manage vendor relationships, POs, invoicing, budget tracking, and facilities service requests
• Oversee mail, shipping, logistics, office supplies, and inventory
• Support HR with employee lifecycle events like onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
• Lead in-office events, engagement initiatives, affinity groups, and space planning
• Partner with IT, Sales, Finance, and leadership; continuously improve workplace processes

Requirements

• Organized with strong prioritization across competing needs
• Proactive ownership mindset – act without waiting for instructions
• Comfortable in fast-paced, in-office environment
• Strong communicator, collaborative across teams
• Able to jump in and solve undefined problems
• Experience with Google Suite or similar tools
